    1Do you offer example formulas that I can customize and sell under my own brand?

    Yes, we do. We have a product catalogue that gives customers example formulas if they do not have a formula ready that they can choose and customize for their own brand.

    2Besides contract manufacturing, do you offer custom formulating?

    Yes, we do. We have helped our clients with custom formulations in either creating a new product or reformulating existing products. Request a quote for your supplement project today.

    3What do I do if I have a specific idea for a formula?

    You can do the following: To start, please reach out to us via email or our Request form. We will need a description of your product and a list of any unique ingredients that you would like to use. If you are unsure about those details, our Research and Development Department is happy to assist with finding the perfect flavour and nutrition profile.

    4Do I need to provide my own labels for my custom product?

    Yes. You will have to provide your own artwork for labels, package designs, printing, etc. Before printing labels for your product, we will ensure your design meets ANZ Food Standards Code requirements.

    5What is the lead time for my order?

    Even though we have one of the fastest turnaround lead times in the industry, every project will have its unique processing time. Our Sales Representatives will work with our R&D Department to provide a more accurate lead time for your project.
